Florida statute section 810.08

Trespass is entering or remaining on some form of real property without invitation or authorization. Trespass can also occur when someone returns to a place or property they have been asked to remain off of or away from. Even if one has been invited to enter, once he is asked to leave and refuses to do so, that constitutes a trespass. The penalties for trespass really depend on where the perpetrator is trespassing. There can be a trespass of property, school grounds, a structure or conveyance. The penalties continue to increase in severity if particular factors are present such as the property is occupied or the offender is armed for instance.
