Due to the recent events of our law enforcement members untimely deaths’, here at Schwam-Wilcox & Associates, we want to be sure that these men and women who put their lives on the line each and every day, will have the protection their family needs upon their untimely death, if that tragedy does occur. With proof of their employment with any law enforcement agency or military branch, we will prepare a simple, complimentary Will. Simple meaning that the assets are less than $600,000.00, and this will include a living will and a health care surrogate (this is just for the law enforcement /military member, spouses will be at an additional charge, power of attorney’s will be at an additional charge).
