Jordan L Kuveke-Guyton is an Associate Attorney at Schwam-Wilcox & Associates. She graduated from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where she received the Book Award in Legal Research and Writing, Mediation, Florida Constitutional Law, and Remedies. While at Barry, she was a member of the Barry Trial Team, Vice President of Counsel for Children, and a Teaching Assistant for Legal Researcher in Writing.  As a member of Barry’s Trial Team she competed in the 19th Annual National Trial Advocacy Competition in Michigan, The Texas Young Lawyers Association National Trial Competition, along with the Trial Lawyer’s Section’s Chester Bedell Memorial Mock Trial Competition.

Jordan has been working in the legal field as a receptionist at Schwam-Wilcox & Associates in 2014.  She also worked as a law library assistant, legal assistant, legal secretary, and paralegal at Schwam-Wilcox & Associates and other law firms. Jordan is admitted to practice in all Florida State courts. Her practice areas include Family Law and Criminal Law. Jordan is also in the process of becoming a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator.

For her undergraduate degree, she attended the University of Central Florida and graduated with Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Leadership. While at UCF, she held several leadership positions within her sorority and the Greek Community. She was selected as the Sorority Member of the Year and Greek Pillar of the Community. She also served on the Advisory Board for the Vice President of the University.

Jordan’s own personal experience with divorce as an adolescent allows her to bring a unique perspective to clients and offer new ideas to help families create Parenting Plans that best work for their own needs. Jordan strives to be the voice of reason to clients during some of the most difficult times in their life.
